Professor Peter Saville, the co-founder and former executive chairman of SHL, has officially launched his new firm Saville Consulting.
At the launch in Paris, Saville unveiled plans for the company along with the research that the consultancy is currently undertaking in the field of psychometrics.
The firm is presently trialling a new range of assessment products, known as Alpha range, which the company hopes will be the most comprehensive of its kind and claims will be able to map personality across more than 400 scales and competencies using a database in excess of 5,000 questions.
Saville Consulting professes that the range can measure an individual's needs, motivation, and effectiveness. The products are designed to take a more holistic view of team and organisational dynamics. Professor Saville says: "The Alpha range of products will be a genuine leap forward for the business psychology industry."
